Who I work with

Beyond the Gym Project is a good fit for people who want a thoughtful, realistic approach to getting stronger, moving better, and feeling more confident in everyday life.

This coaching is designed for people who do not need extreme workouts or a one-size-fits-all plan. It is for people who want guidance, structure, and support in a way that feels practical, personal, and sustainable.

Whether you are just getting started, getting back into a routine, or looking for a better way to stay consistent, the goal is the same: help you build strength and habits that carry over into daily life.

Beginners who want a clear starting point

If you have been wanting to work out but do not know where to begin, this gives you a simple and supportive place to start.

Returning exercisers getting back into a routine

If you have trained before but have fallen out of consistency, coaching can help you rebuild momentum without feeling like you have to start from scratch.

People who want more strength for everyday life

This is for people who want more energy, better movement, and more confidence doing the things their body needs to do every day.

Clients who value personal attention and support

If you want thoughtful coaching, honest feedback, and a plan built around your goals, schedule, and starting point, you are in the right place.

Anyone looking for a calmer, more practical approach to fitness

This is a good fit for people who want something sustainable, realistic, and built around long-term consistency rather than quick fixes.

Beyond the Gym Project

Move more, feel better, get stronger in a way that fits your real life.

Why this matters

Most of us want the same things. More energy. Less pain. Clothes that fit better. Confidence on a date. The strength to keep up with friends, kids, or stairs that used to win. Training can help with all of that. Not overnight, not with hacks, but with steady work that fits your life. That’s what Beyond the Gym Project is for.

Why I started

There was a time when I came home, sank into the couch, and told myself I was too busy to change. I felt tired and stuck. One day I tried a short workout. I was out of breath and sore, but I went back the next day. Then the next. Sleep improved. My mood lifted. Strength followed. Life felt colorful again. I built BTGP to help other people find that same turn.

How I can help

I coach with the Beyond Method. It’s simple and it works.

1

Assess: We talk goals, what hurts, current lifestyle, and agree on what’s doable right now. I watch a few key movements so I know where to start.

2

Build: We practice the basics. Breathing, bracing, and clean form. You leave better, not wrecked.

3

Progress: When form holds and you feel ready, we add load or sets. We track simple signs like how you feel, how you sleep, and what you lifted last week.

4

Sustain: We stack small habits outside the gym. A protein target, a short walk, and a bedtime that helps recovery. The results stick because the habits do.
